We offer Free Standard Delivery on all our Hampers in Mainland UK and Mainland Scotland.

For delivery to Mainland UK, the delivery time is usually 1 - 3 working days.

For delivery to Mainland Scotland, the delivery time is usually 3 - 5 working days.

Please note delivery times may be longer during busy periods especially Christmas, or due to unforseen delays outside of our control.

Our couriers do not deliver on these dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st (December) and 1st January.

If you would like us to deliver on a specific date you can select that option at no additional cost (available for Mainland UK only). Our delivery team will do their best to oblige on this request.

Next-Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday, our cut-off time is 12:00pm

The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing. There was no hesitation in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Both gifts which I had ordered were very well received. It is so reassuring to deal with Jonathan and the rest of the staff. Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit.
