We offer Free Standard Delivery on all our Hampers in Mainland UK and Mainland Scotland.
For delivery to Mainland UK, the delivery time is usually 1 - 3 working days.
For delivery to Mainland Scotland, the delivery time is usually 3 - 5 working days.
Please note delivery times may be longer during busy periods especially Christmas, or due to unforseen delays outside of our control.
Our couriers do not deliver on these dates: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st (December) and 1st January.
If you would like us to deliver on a specific date you can select that option at no additional cost (available for Mainland UK only). Our delivery team will do their best to oblige on this request.
Next-Day Delivery is available Monday to Friday, our cut-off time is 12:00pm
While placing your order we ask for the recipient's contact phone number. When possible and allowed by our couriers, we would send a tracking code to the recipient via SMS so that they can help facilitate the successful delivery.
In some cases we may reach out to the recipient ahead of the delivery, if we need any address confirmations or if we feel doing so would help facilitate the successful delivery.

An excellent company with which to shop, I will quite happily use them again without any worries at all. This is an additional review from the one posted above. The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing. There was no hesitation in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Both gifts which I had ordered were very well received. It is so reassuring to deal with Jonathan and the rest of the staff. They all deserve every success.

Excellent choice of hampers and keenly priced. Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. The payment system was smooth and easy, the updates from Gift Hampers by email were timely and helpful. The hamper was delivered right on time and the contents greatly appreciated by the recipient. All in all, fantastic product and service. Highly recommended.

Ordered a hamper for my Sister and Brother in Law who have recently moved. Had a few problems delivering which was no fault of Gift Hampers. They kept me fully updated and persevered. Hamper was delivered and and told it was very good quality with a nice mix of items. Cannot thank them enough. A lot of companies would of given up but they didn't.
