Bridging a gap Gift Hampers was my fairy godmother this valentine. Saved my long distance relationship with some timely valentine day gifts. Boo has been munching for some days now, he is going crazy over the ginger biscuits and can't stop showing his appreciation. Well, a happy Boo is a happy me. Thank you Gift Hampers UK. Cannot recommend enough. I had some payment difficulties and they went above and beyond to help me. Apart from that their presentation is so elegant and the hamper was stunning. My husband says its one of his top gifts ever! Will definitely be ordering again.

I used Gift Hampers for a corporate order of over 100 hampers. Sarah was amazing in providing us with all the options to cater for all individual needs and turning around the order promptly so everything arrived in time for Christmas. An excellent company with which to shop, I will quite happily use them again without any worries at all. This is an additional review from the one posted above. The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing. There was no hesitation in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Both gifts which I had ordered were very well received. It is so reassuring to deal with Jonathan and the rest of the staff. They all deserve every success.

Ordered a hamper for my Sister and Brother in Law who have recently moved. Had a few problems delivering which was no fault of Gift Hampers. They kept me fully updated and persevered. Hamper was delivered and and told it was very good quality with a nice mix of items. Cannot thank them enough. A lot of companies would of given up but they didn't.

Order was made on Saturday to be delivered on Sunday morning. An email was received immediately informing me that the order had been processed. Delivery was made the next day smoothly. Well done for your efficient service! :)
